  I recently sold my house in Mullica Hill by listing with Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group. I chose them due to their online reviews and and was not disappointed. When they prepared my listing, they provided an outstanding write-up that included many photographs (including some aerial shots) of my house. After the listing was posted, Nancy’s team kept me informed along the way as offers came in. Even though my house was not one of the more expensive listings in Mullica Hill, I was never given the impression that my property sale was any less important to them. When the final buying offer came in, my agent Karen C. helped guide me through the selling process. As it was my first house sale, it was important to me to have an agent who could streamline and explain the sales contract and closing processes, detailing the important due dates for the various requirements and the associated paperwork. Karen filled that role admirably and was EXTREMELY helpful. In closing, I highly recommend Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group if you are selling your property.   1st time homebuyers here! Trish and her team and Nancy Kowalik were amazing! So informative and communicative; really walked us through the entire process. Even during the craziest of times with a pandemic, Trish made us feel very comfortable and eased all anxiety! They helped us find our forever home but if plans change, I know where to go and who I trust with this process!

  This last purchase was the third transaction with Noreen Weatherstone. She is highly professional and responsive. With our initial house purchase, she was very patient with our requests as we were new to SJ. Last summer, she was very helpful in selling that house. This included recommendations on decluttering the house and identified last minute maintenance with her network of contractors. This house sold quickly and near the asking price. My last purchase was completed in this highly sellers’ market. With her advice, we actually had two competing offers to manage. She was very helpful in the negotiation process and her understanding of the SJ market made this new purchase very easy. Her near 24/7 availability and management of the closing process made the buying process near stressless. I even was able to buy the house below asking price. After the purchase, she even let us use the company truck to move our goods. Lastly, the Nancy Kowalik group invites you into their family with semi-annual invites to movie nights and Christmas parties. All in all, Noreen is a great agent in a great agency.

  Over the last 50 years we ( husband and wife) have purchased and sold 6 properties as our primary residences, not to mention several commercial buildings. Trish Applegate, our Broker with Nancy Kowalik Real Estate in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, is by far the best, most competent, professional broker we have ever had the privilege to meet. Our most recent sale and purchase of a new house involved 3 states, 4 Brokers (at least), 2+ lawyers, a Title Company and a complicated same day closing requiring selling and buying on the same day in two different states. 2 brokers, 2+ lawyers and people from 3 states were involved in this one. Trish Applegate coordinated all aspects of our purchase with absolute professionalism and competence. Everything went off without a hitch and we were in our new home on time for dinner! We had the opportunity to meet several other people at Nancy Kowalik Real Estate on the day of closing, and they were all 'on the ball' and delightful.   My wife and I recently decided to sell our home and relocate for personal reasons. We were referred to Nancy Kowalik and her team by a close friend of ours. With so many real estate groups and agents out there, it’s easy to just call the most local, or the agent that your friend used, or the one that you see on all the signs. And in the current market, listings are not easy to come by. Therefore we had higher expectations, and we wanted someone who was going to put in the work to earn our listing. Enter Trish Applegate, who in our opinion could easily be considered one of Nancy’s top representatives. Over the course of our time working together, Trish found ways to both educate and comfort us. She helped transition us through a short timeline, and a stressful process. She guided us each step of the way and never made us feel anything less than comfortable that she was on top of it all. On numerous occasions we threw several curveballs at Trish, but her response was never short of “Ok, we’ll handle it”. Going into this process, we wanted someone that represented us, and our love for our home, and earned their commission, not just collected it.   My wife and I were searching for a home in South Jersey, moving from Philadelphia. Having Nancy's team, particularly our agent, Stacey, made the process easy in a market where it feels like it can be impossible to actually get a home under contract. They have a great group of people who are willing to go to extra lengths to find you the right home. They make you feel like you're a real priority and part of their family. We are glad to say that we're currently living in our dream home and truly feel like without Nancy's team, we'd still be out every weekend, bidding on properties only to get our hopes up, just to find out the next day that we didn't have the strongest offer. If you're looking to navigate the current market with a less experienced team you're likely to find yourself frustrated and disappointed. Do yourself a favor and use this group if you're serious about getting a great property in a timely fashion. Other realty groups just don't have the same presence in the area. Additionally, once we closed on our house they have a truck that they let you use which makes the moving process easier! Buying a house, moving, coordinating dates, all of these things are stressful. Don't add on to the stress, waste time, and miss out on your dream home because you're using an agent or brokerage that doesn't know how to navigate the current market.

  We were very apprehensive about listing during the Covid 19 pandemic, but we were ready to sell. Nancy Kowalik and Scott Sherer came to our home to tour it and discuss our options, and their marketing plan. We were worried that we would not get any showing requests, during these challenging times. Nancy and Scott came back the following day and we listed the house. Nancy walked the house and made a list of suggestions for us to facilitate a timely sale. Scott, who was our agent and primary contact handled our listing and said, "if you do what she says, your house will sell". We did, and the house was under contact in 23 days! This was in a neighborhood of custom homes in a wooded enclave where each home was different from the others. Not an easy sell, many other homes in that community have languished on the market. We could not have asked for a better team to handle our home. My husband and I have over 50 years of sales/customer service experience between us. We know how we would have handled things, and they did not disappoint. They were were extremely responsive to any call, email, or text that was sent. We were never left wondering, "what's next?".
