Peggy Ann Raffa Danner5Very helpful .. polite.. friendly.. positive atmosphere .. bank is clean but above all else … THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ! That’s why I bank there .. always have or find the answers to my questions . Mostly bank at Mullica Hill but PennsGrove before i moved and Pennsville until they moved the bank to Salem , which was an awful move . Bad neighborhood and awful parking lot.. all in all .. I’ll give them a 5. And compared to other banks in my neighborhood .. a 10!

M. H.5Courtney & Bridgette are seriously the best! They were both a pleasure to speak with over the phone. Little but behind how they both went above and beyond; I had a check deposited into my account. The amount was larger, and bank of America out a hold on the check. Between the two of them, they both dug and got the hold lifted so I could have access to my money. Especially grateful because o needed the money asap. Thank you so very much again ladies. Truly the best, since didn't have to dig that deep for me.

G. O.1This branch is seriously the worst. They close their doors without any notice, never answer their phones and are not accommodating! I would strongly advise the TD corporate to look into this mess! Lots of opportunities for improvement. I am going to give my business elsewhere since I cannot depend on this bank.

Shane Patterson3I recently went through the process of getting a small business loan through this branch and overall was not satisfied with the service I received. Communication throughout the process was not clearly communicated and it ended up taking way longer than expected. Aside from the loan, I was working with the branch to get my business account and business loan to show on my online banking. They told me they were working on it and nothing was showing a month after. Eventually i called the customer service number they took care of it over the phone in minutes. Wish the branch would have directed me to customer service line first before sitting around for a month. I was trying to find out when my payments will be due, took almost a week and was bounced to a couple people until I got an answer. To me, both of those request seemed fairly simple and should not take over a week/month.

Scott Herman1Trying to get a Home Equity Loan to help pay for College from TD bank. The process so far has extended well past 3x what we were told to expect for processing and working with their loan officers is an exercise in futility. They've either lost or mishandled EVERY piece of documentation sent or requested. Having witnessed this incompetence first hand I'm amazed that they have not gone out of business. Don't get me wrong, the local tellers and staff are very helpful but once the process leaves the premise it's a huge cluster.

Frank Mesoraca1Ridiculous. Never overdraft on this bank. Cause if you do it once, and pay it back, they keep over drafting you cause the system does it automatically. I call almost every day saying, uhm it happened again can you fix this, and they apologize and fix it, but now I am not allowed to get anymore refunds cause I've had so many of them. It's not my fault their system keeps taking my money for no apparent reason!

Andrew bland1Highly recommend going to legitimately any other bank to take out any type of loan. Lack of communication. Have had nothing but problems here.
