  My experience with the young Hyundai service department was fantastic! I brought my car in for an oil change, and it was done within the time frame I was given. Christian is one of the best technicians I've ever had work on my car! I would definitely recommend others have their cars serviced here!

  I am very unhappy with my experience. Went in to buy a Tucson. Love the car, got it in my favorite color. Everything seemed to be all good to go. Get a text a week and a half later saying we need to re-sign paperwork. Turns out the original payment we agreed upon has now been raised to a higher price! Reluctantly we re-signed to the new price. Now it’s been a month since I’ve purchased the vehicle and still haven’t gotten a pay off for my trade-in. Have talked to multiple people for a week! The issue is still not handled. Unless you want to be screwed over and get your credit ruined DON’T go here. I’m still trying to get it resolved but they all don’t seem be working with me on this. I’ve gotten late fees and past due notices on my previous car that was supposed to be traded-in and paid for by Hyundai. The employees talk in circles and tell me they don’t know what’s going on. Very unprofessional! We’ll see if I ever get this issue handled, but if I were you I’d avoid the headache!

  Jack was so, so helpful! He found the problem with my wipers and replaced them under warranty! He also cleaned all my windows!! Excellent customer service!
