  Talked to the dealer on 1/25 and we couldn’t work out a deal on ordering my Bronco. Come to find out they ordered it on 1/21/21 without our consent. We now have Ford involved with canceling the order and switching to another dealer.

  The service and parts department have been great to work with over the years. They have always been able to get me the parts in a timely manner and a price that is fair. Always courteous and their mechanics do great work. Highly recommended if your looking for authentic Ford parts and / or great service on your Ford!

  Just got my truck serviced here. They did a great job, Jordan was very helpful and Blake gave me some great advice for future service. Their new parts manager Cole was also great! At first I didn't think anyone was in the office but once he stood up I could then see him over his computer monitor.

  My first service appointment here was a mess. I waited two weeks for an appointment, dropped my vehicle off at 8:15 am, and they never even made my repair that day because they were “swamped”. What’s the point of taking appointments if you don’t honor them? Plus they charge $140 per hour for labor which is ridiculous! I was actually glad they never completed the repair because I am taking my vehicle somewhere else that is charging half what I was quoted at Young Ford.
