  Mr. Jordan was recommended to me by a friend who is also a realtor. Knowing the standard she sets for herself and her own business and Mr. Jordan had her respect and trust, I knew I was going in the right direction. She was 100% right. He took time to show my options and explained each one and did so with kindness, respect and never pushy. My husband and I completed our loan with each step in a portal that explained again what we need and was always given a ‘Thank You” when completed. All went smoothly from the application to the closing with Peninsula Tile Company. I highly recommend him and his staff.

  Andrew is a MIRACLE WORKER! Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the right kind of loan for us to affordably buy a house, when there was a question about whether or not we would qualify, he did a very careful search of our records and helped us figure out how to land that approval. He's kind, knowledgeable and extremely communicative. When we had to buy in a competitive market, he was sending us the needed offer letters at 7 and 8 p.m. on weekend nights - seriously, any time we needed him. And, even after we've closed on the house, he still answers my calls at all hours of the day to help us understand how to make payments. If I had to buy 10 more houses, I'd use Andrew Jordan 10 more times. If you've found his page, you don't need to look any farther.
