  Abbie !!! What a great and helpful person! She got me all setup on my new accounts so easily on my part and I have a great deal of comfort knowing I'm working with a great organization if my help is going to be from people like Abbie! Abbie is smart and professional, but not stuffy. She is friendly and a real person. Great experience with getting setup!

  What a disaster! First off if u have any type of disabilities u may want to find yourself another bank! This account was opened up at her school with help! My daughter which is 17 and is handicapped tried to get help with her account to do online banking we spoke to a lady AKA supervisor named Trish which I must say has never had a child or anyone that has a disability due to our conversation. My daughter which verf her password they decide to ask her more questions in which she didn’t understand they said that they have a list of things and since my child couldn’t verf one question that was ask after verf password due to her disabilities then Trish froze her account my daughter only got ask 1 question I ask Trish to ask her another question even after she verf her Password she told me NO that there’s nothing else. Trish never one Time ask my child for anything besides Told my daughter to write a letter to give permission for me to talk on acct and sign it and send back to her thru email.Once again she’s special needs she can’t write a letter my daughter little long email one she didn’t even understand so then Trish went on to tell us that we can just go to a branch to have it unlock pretty much since I have a disable child that couldn’t answer the one question that got ask but gave them her password that wasn’t good enough. The account had 1.00 in it! Shame on u Y12! People with disabilities do matter!!

  I was able to go there after 5 to deposit a check that I was unable to deposit using the mobile app. I thought I was doing something wrong but they reassured me that the check has to be deposited in the credit union.

  I love the staff at my y-12 branch. They always have a friendly hometown atmosphere and they are always super helpful in solving any problems that I have.

  They have always helped me and answered any questions I've had. The tellers are usually very courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend them.
