  I love this bank! The customer service is always great and they go out of their way to always help you. Laura is always just a text or phone call away even on weekends!! Excellent service with a hometown feel.

  It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and First Volunteer Jacksboro is that kind of bank.   The great bank the great staff excellent services nicely laid out building very nice interior and always pleasant atmosphere all banking work done in short time. Ola, Laura, Josh and all cashiers smiles and welcome customers. This is my bank for good. Way to go 😀

  I had never spoken with anyone at the Jacksboro branch before and I called yesterday and needed something done quick! Cindi Reynolds was amazing. Referred to me as her friend multiple times and got me everything I needed and quick! Thank you so much Cindi! It’s so nice to call a place of business and be treated with such kindness!

  I've been a customer at First Volunteer for years. While they may not offer all of the big-box type features, they are a great hometown bank. Even when I lived 4 hours away I still used this location and they did everything they could to treat me right. Quality place!
