  Went to Y-12 to transfer an auto loan at a lower percentage rate they had advertised to existing customers. Their "offer" was to tie up my account balance for the loan amount and charge me interest on that amount for the loan duration. Great deal for them. Charge me interest on my own money while they make interest on it as long as it's in their bank. Wouldn't even take the auto as collateral like any other bank would have done. Time to look for another place to put my money.

  I've banked with this Credit Union since around 2005. Most recently, I needed to conduct a wire transfer for an important transaction. Amanda L. facilitated the transfer with ease, professionalism and was very courteous.

  Great to bank. Friendly staff and cater to you personally and I have made new friends there. No matter who ya pick you are gonna be taking well care of. I enjoy comming here.
