  After going through significant financial stress, Amy and Melissa assisted my family with getting back on track with our mortgage. I would highly suggest either of these two very nice and professional ladies when dealing with Vanderbilt Mortgage.

  I have been a Vanderbilt customer for many years with ease. However life hit hard in April requiring emergency surgery to remove 90% of my stomach. I’m a teacher and my husband is a dairy manager, we live paycheck to paycheck. Before we knew it we where behind on everything as we waited for FMLA to kick in. I received my first disability check today and was on the phone with Vanderbilt immediately and I dreaded the conversation. I spoke with Mr. Ron Johnson who not only sympathized with my situation but went above and beyond to find a plan that would not just get me out of the whole for a few weeks but allow me to regain complete financial stability. He was kind and listened to my situation and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Cudos to Mr. Ron Johnson!!!! 5 stars for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Without going into a long story I would just like to mention how wonderful Lauren was to work with when I had to call in to try and get a plan set up to help us get back track on our house payments. Lauren listen to what was going on with us and took the time to care about what was happening while still trying to get us back on track with a plan that would work for us. I am so thankful that Lauren worked with us and just want to give her the credit due and hope the company will mention to her that the service she is giving is wonderful. I know people are always quick to complain and many times good deeds we do get overlooked. Please recognize Lauren for her wonderful service. I thank her from the bottom of my heart!! If you are having trouble with your monthly payments please don't ignore their calls. Give them a call and let them work with you. They care about what got you behind and are more then willing to work with you to get you back on track.

  I just want to take the time to personally acknowledge a manager at Vanderbilt mortgage! Yesterday I had the privelage of speaking to Jason. He was so kind and understanding and one of the nicest people I've ever spoken with at Vanderbilt mortgage! He went above and beyond to make a difficult situation easy for me and for that I am so greatful!!

  It is not very often you find a "Bill Collector" that enjoys the positive aspects of their job--helping the customer find ways to fulfill their financial obligations. After being a customer of Vanderbilt Mortgage for some years, I finally did. Her name is Ms. Patricia Waden. I'm not one to sit down and write reviews of "Customer Service Specialist" but Ms Waden's work ethics truly deserve a highlighting. In my experience , she has shown great passion, patience and dedication in her work. More so I think it was the fact that she made me feel as if she understood my situation, willing but just needing a little help to get back on track. With her passion, patience and dedication we were able to accomplish just that.   I just would like to say that Tyler Troutt and Kayla Tyre have been so helpful to me. They are very polite and try to help me anyway they can. Also I enjoy talking with them they explain things so that you can understand them, I really do appreciate the two of them!! Thank you very much Tyler and Kayla they need more people like y'all!!
