  Y-12 provided a loan for a 5th Wheel travel trailer, although I was not a member with them at the time, they took the chance and offered me funding. 75 months later the loan has been paid off and Y-12 has always been courteous and professional when ever I had contact with them. Highly recommend them as a bank and look forward to more business in the future.

  I hadn't opened a new bank account in years and hands down Y-12 made it so simple and easy and they had the friendliest banking employees and the fees are so low or in some cases non-existent. I would refer anyone to Y-12 to open an account.

  Absolutely the worst phone system iv ever known. Pay by phone is impossible to complete in 1 try, with random resets, and garbage voice recognition. Not including huge unnecessary amount of steps to go threw to make the payment. Atleast the offi e has a nice freindly staff, but sadly a 45 minute drive away. Ill pass on another loan from them again.

  Y-12 has been my credit union since moving to the area 4 years ago. I have been completely satisfied with their services and communication and I don't ever plan to take any of my business elsewhere.

  Y-12 Federal Credit Union, always courteous and helpful, it's never problem when asked for help, I wouldn't bank any where else, I have been a member for years, car loan, saving account, auto deposit easy to setup, make it easy on yourself try Y12 Federal Credit Union.

  I had a great experience. They saved me thousands for refinancing me on a horribly expensive car loan that the interest rate was outrageous. I would recommend checking out your options with Y-12 if you need any financing or refinancing, they have such low interest rates.

  One of the lady tellers was extremely rude. I was waiting in line with two little ones and when it was my turn someone walked in and she told me I needed to wait she was gonna help them. All she wanted to talk with that customer about was their spring break. Not friendly in the least. Worst branch I have visited.
