  I recently moved to Maryville and opened an account at Y12. Beth Baldwin took care of my checking and savings account. She is well trained in customer service. She walked me through the paper work quickly and efficiently. Even got me my debit card same day. She was a pleasure to deal with and knew her job well. One of the features of Y12 that I love is the change deposit. All you do is put your account number in the change machine, pick checking or savings and pour in your coins. No standing in line, just in and out. Lets face it times are challenging and change is how we have extra money these days so this feature is very helpful. I would recommend Y12 and thier services to anyone. Beth and I discussed other options for my money in the future to gain more intrest. I will be back in when I'm ready to make those moves. They have a great team at Y12!

  Dont ever get a loan here. They make it so hard to make a payment with the app and over the phone. And when you get assistants they charge you.

  The tellers are always pleasant and helpful; I enjoy using a credit union instead of a traditional bank. I feel more valued as a customer there.

  I am always so pleased with my experiences at Y12! They offer banking products that earn excellent interest, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

  They are wonderful at y12. They take care of business. They offer you ways to save money and are very professional and friendly. Tbey offer low rates which saves you money. I wouldn't bank with any one else.

  My problem isn't so much the bank as it is it's mobile app and on the phone transactions. No telling when you'll be locked out of your account to do "system maintenance" with absolutely no productive changes. Not worth the headaches they consistently give me

  Very friendly great service I never have any issues out of 20+ years of banking with Y-12! I'd recommend them to anyone great job!!

  This is a awesome branch. The employees are very personal and very nice. This is the 1st credit union that I've used and I will never go back to a bank. They can take care of any need that I have.
