      Been with this bank for over 5 years and this credit union won't give me a loan to save my life no matter how high my credit score is, thought the credit union suppose to help you get futher in life and they get my checks direct payments every month, didn't even want much money, soon i will be using liberty savings, they just lost a customer. I've had tried 3 times over the last 5 years and they said no. I'm done with them.

      This location is open 1 day a week for 5 hours. So today there is a line outside, people congregating because everyone has to go on the same day!!! BRILLIANT FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING!!! Instead of being open every day and serving a handful of people each day over the course of a day let's have everyone show up at one time! The best is there is people working in there everyday so it's not like they don't have the personnel!!

      If you love to be treated like an unimportant pain in their asses, if you like to be passed around by call center staff who are only interested in snark and punching in the clock, if you like to ask direct questions about fees before your transactions and have the bank staff lie to you XCEL FCU is your favorite bank! This “bank” has the worst customer service I have ever experienced of any business I have ever been. I was treated better at a White Castle 1 minute before closing!!!!! Had a bank teller clearly lie to me about a fee when I directly asked him if this transaction would incur a fee. When I called to complain and demand a refund due to bank staff error I was ignored, sent to voicemail, told the manager was on lunch or too busy to handle my phone call 8 times in 8 consecutive business days. TOO BUSY TO DO YOUR JOB WHICH IS TO TEND TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS?!?!?!?! I regret ever walking into this joke of a financial institution. This place is a way for lazy snarky ass**les to get paychecks, not a real bank.

      Horrible service both on the phone and in person. The people there almost always roll their eyes at you and make you wait a long time. Do not recommend at all.
