  This guy who helped me was really super nice I actually called a few other places before coming here which I never even heard of and they were rud as hell including jemma loan I will never go to them although I used to years ago I actually walked out of there with way more than I expected just for my gold chain and cross and didn't even have to pawn my APPLE IPAD and they made my day and they gave me even more than I wanted without even pawning my APPLE IPAD so yes absolutely highly recommend this place

  An overall great experience! The staff is very friendly, explained the process, and are very customer service driven. The shop it's self is very clean with great items at great prices. Many times intimidation is part of the pawn shop experiance- not here- the staff actually made it fun.

  I am worried for a friend of mine because of how this place screwed her on things she trusted these people to hold for her she wouldn’t even come on here to put a bad review because she is such a good hearted person. Get a safe deposit box don’t trust these people they are liars and live on stealing and scamming....

  Went in to check out the music gear they have. They have a lot of gear varying from instruments to accessories. My only problem is that the workers have no knowledge of the products in there store. I asked the guy for a studio grade condenser microphone and he tried to sell me a dynamic mic instead??? Like there's clearly a difference my guy.

  The representative I had taken care of me was patient polite and kind he explains everything in detail to me, and answers any questions I had I was very satisfied with the transition at your store which I have used many times in the past but not recently until now and even back then I never had a problem thank God I would definitely recommend this store to anyone .

  There’s a special place in hell for people that tell you they have your jewelry you trusted them with and the minute they have a split second to get rid of your stuff no matter how much business you’ve got them including your own they have no morals thru don’t believe in karma or care about the customers feelings regarding the trust you put in them to guard your stuff the owner even told me they have people for years that trust them over anyone else and Boom they sell your stuff for no reason after telling you to send a payment in timely fashion . No good news they make you lose hope they don’t even try n save your stuff or give you a chance at getting it back. Months the root of all evil karma you can count on and they will be judged hard in the after life SCUMBAGS

  Everytime I go here there's always an issue with pawning my ring. I've gone to this place multiple times and walk out with the same amount everytime. Now today I'm given a different response. According to them The VALUE OF GOLD FLUCTUATES ON A DAILY BASIS. In my opinion if your given an amount on an item it should always be that amount because that's what I'm relying on if I were to ever find myself needing extra cash. I'm just tired of the BS with this place. So I wont be returning here.
