This was my first time buying a car with very little credit and was not even sure if I could get a car. They were able to get me in a car with my budget and worked with me and explained everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get a car. I had outstanding customer service and would definitely buy another car from them again.

April Cotterman5When I first came here it was Thursday. 7/13/17. I talked to a guy named rob kitchens. He helped me get a car in my budget and something I could afford. I came back 2 days later to get my car and my salesman was Gabe Garcia. He was just amazing. He was so nice and friendly. He helped put the paperwork together and broke everything down to where I could understand the pricing and payments. He was great. I give a big thank yu to rob and Gabe. Adria Lewis1I bought a car from the auto credit place and it was an as is car, I was told by the manager the car was in perfect condition for the miles it had on the car. I was told if I got the warranty I had nothing to worry about if anything went wrong with the car it would be covered at no cost. Two days after I got the car the engine light and tire light cane on I took it to auto zone and was told it was an mass air flow sensor. I took it back to the dealership and the manager said his mechanic fixed it I drove it away and the next morning the light was on once again. I called and told him it did it again and that I went and got it checked and a mechanic told me that it looks like the car has been had problems before I bought it and that the lights were manually turned off. I find this unacceptable and I have been trying to get help from anyone to ensure that I have a properly working vehicle and no one will help. I wanted to know if trading it in is a option. I also need your corporate number.

denyse coram5I want to thank Erin and Tammy. They made this process that I had been dreading super easy and fast. They went the extra mile and got me something with heated seats just because I mentioned them in passing. What they nor I knew at the time, there was something I had been asking for as long as I can remember long before heated seats. I NOW HAVE REMOTE START. I will not freeze this winter. charles mancini1The gentleman that was working with me on my sale (Brett) was awesome. I was about to purchase a vehicle. Had test driven it and been approved. I noticed that the driver door wouldn't lock and the Manager (Rob or Don can't remember) refused to have it fixed. It would have taken a technician less than 20 minutes to fix. But he was rude and said the cars are as is. So I am taking my business elsewhere. If they are that rude about a simple fix like this one how do you think they will handle a serious issue?

Mike McKelvey1They sold me an overpriced vehicle with a bad valve seal. The engine blew up after 324 miles of driving. Had to pay 1200 to put new engine in AFTER only owning car for a month and a half. Then the manager pulled me into his office and unprofessionally spoke down to me because I complained about the vehicle.. Pretty sure they reset the computer on the car before I test drove it. Don't buy a car from here. They also put GPS tracking into your cars harness. When I had my first issue with the vehicle after only 32 miles of driving they told me the car was "as is" and said they would pay for half the repair. A coil was bad. They charged 250 for one coil and 4 spark plugs. I can get 4spark plugs and a coil for 50 dollars. This place is a lemon lot Edit: 12/12/2017 I paid my car off (finally) THANK GOD. I stand by my original posting. The comment from the dealer below is a generic statement for PR on their part. If you buy a car from this place keep in mind it is separate from their flagship dealership. If you are even a day late they start texting and calling you multiple times a day and harassing you. If the car you purchase from them has "ANYTHING" wrong with it beyond something that costs 100 dollars to fix... they will give you the cold shoulder and tell you - "AS IS". I would stay clear of this place like the plague. Buy at your own risk. Get the car checked out by a mechanic before you purchase from them because they don't care if it is a lemon and you are stuck with a brick if it dies a couple days after you buy it. Don't say that no one never tried to help you.
