  I just found out at the Chrysler dealership that the key to the vehicle I purchased from this place doesn't go to the vehicle. I called gateway financial and told them about the issue because I couldn't unlock my doors with the key. All they said was that's the only key we had and it was sold as is. They didn't even try to fix the issue or say sorry. I asked if they could reimburse me or something. That's the thing that got me. I paid on my vehicle on time and I even paid it off so I at least think I could've got some help to fix the issue. Just didn't care. So, I had to leave my vehicle unlock just so I can get in and out of it. And when I did get the key to unlock because I had to keep messing with it to get it to work, it opened my back doors and let my windows down. I was scared someone was going to steal my van and plus I have kids. I knew when I first walked into this place I didn't like the energy I was feeling from them and their customer service sucks, but I needed a vehicle. My thing is that they should've got the right key to the vehicle to begin with.

  I don’t understand how anyone could complain about the staff here or their business practices. These people are amazingly helpful. They don’t call and badger you. Just stick to your agreement to pay and all is well. Scott got me into my truck and I’m very grateful.

  My husband got a car loan from them. Very nice people and they worked with us when we were having issues with our bank. Of course, we showed REAL proof we had issues because I wanted to make sure they knew I wasn't just trying to get over on them or take advantage of their kindness. They totally understood and worked with us through an extremely frustrating week and a half. I can't recommend them enough. I'd give 20 stars if I could. Megan is beyond awesome.

  Attempted to sell a vehicle to one of their customers through their lien. They told me it was their policy to take the title and possession without paying for it. He said he would "withhold the check until the customer gets their tags set up at the DMV and puts it on lien". If the buyer didnt put the vehicle on lien then they would not pay me. So essentially they wanted me to donate my vehicle to them. I highly doubt this is even legal to withhold money and take possession. It's a shame they failed to take care of their client due to their bad practices.

  Scott was extremely helpful with our car loan. Very welcoming and informative. He even called the dealership to negotiate the price of the vehicle for us and got it lowered. We will definitely be going back when it's time for a home loan.

  Gateway is my go-to for loans. I have been a customer since 1998. Several loans later, they helped me buy another nice vehicle. These guys are awesome !
