  I have many dealings in the last two years. Jim and Dave have helped me with many aspects of banking. They are always pleasant and helpful, and if they don't have an answer they find it.

  My mother went to cash a personal check. My grandmothers account is there btw. The lady teller shorted her 30 dollars. I guess she figured most people don't count there money before they leave. She even offered to put it in an envelope! My mother said no, that's okay. She counted her money in the aisle, and she went back and said you didn't give me 30$ The teller didn't say a word. Not a, "im sorry" or anything. She didn't even deny it. My grandmother always would say she swears they taking her money! My 93 year old mothers words, not mine. They rob from the old. We are closing the account. Just be careful of this one. The elderly are a big hit here.
