  Citadel is not a customer oriented bank. They don't know how to treat loyal customers. I had an issue with my checking account going into a debit . I didn't spend that money it was taken out without my consent. I requested a Little time to pay it up due to the pendemic hiting me hard . They spoke so rudely to me and threaten to repossess my car which I have paid over $20,000 car loan to them that has only a balance of $1500 because of a negative checking account balance of $170. Really cruel!! Melissa and the manager Jake in your collections department should be able to tell when a client is a loyal customer . This has been a trying period for us all and when you have a client with very good credit history asking for a little time over a $170 negative checking account which was no fault of hers . I would think it's only fair to allow some flexibility and not threaten to repossess my car. Really cruel!!

  I have been a Citadel customer for over a decade, even chose to finance the purchase of my house threw them! I was in the bank daily for business, i knew every teller and manager by name and even had some good relationships with them. I felt safe, with a bank...it was great! I have now had my Mortgage for 8 years, i have never missed a payment! Like must people the Covid-19 virus took everything from me! I am working with Citadel to continue to keep up my mortgage statements. I talked to a customer service representative on may 15th, offering me an assistances program. I had many questions as i think one has every right to have when considering any financial decision. 15 days later no call back, i reach out and receive a nasty phone call. I was spoken to as if i was Trash, being talked to and given nothing but disrespect! When i asked to speak to a manager i was hung up on. I was later contacted by another representative who spoke to me by saying things like “obviously I'm on the phone with you” and “take it or leave it”...Im sorry, i am the customer, and that is an absolutely no way to speak to a loyal over ten year customer. I have personally and professionally banked with Citadel specifically Jeff the bank manager in Brookhaven who wont even bother to take my phone calls let alone address my questions or concerns! Not the bank i want protecting my assets! The fact that you expect me to reach out to fix a problem you created...No! You have a responsibility as a financial institution to contact me! It has been well over a a month and a half since i reached out and got hung up on....That is inexcusable!

  Longtime customer, really not happy with the service at Citadel. I called to discuss a loan application that was denied as well as erroneous fees in my account and though the initial associate I spoke to was receptive and commumicative the supervisor essentially tried to poverty shame me, telling me about his experiences with banking, centering himself rather than the issues I raised. Absolutely terrible customer service, a terrible experience and after all making it easy for me to decide to move to another financial institution. Very dissapointing as I have been with this bank for years.

  This is the Local Credit Union has been taken care of Chester County residents for a very long time. I've got many friends with counts here and I routinely see these debit cards come across my bar in local establishments in the area. They offer great deals for every part of banking. They're also located in other locations outside of the County as well.

  Friendly service. Always greeted when I walk in. Able to do share branching here via 3 ARMs. 2 inside and 1 outside. They will show you how to operate them. I do deposit to a credit union in California here.

  New customer at citadel and I can tell you I will be closing my accounts out and taking my money else where. Everytime I come in I am met with terrible customer service and just plain rude employees. Never will bank with citadel again at this location.

  Been a customer for years. Incredible bank the employees are always nice and well informed. No hidden fees of any kind great bank.

  I was able to buy my home with a second loan from Citadel, the price is a little steep, but I couldn't have done it w/o them, thanks!

  will never use citadel again. they will first force you to open a saving account for a car loan, and then they will put charges and fees on you.
