  My step dad passed away & my mom was overwhelmed because he did all the finances & asked for my help. So of course i was helping her until we started taking funds to another bank so they cut our online banking which triggered my mother because she has beginning of dementia but she did verify all info needed as did i but still kept our access blocked. So we are taking all funds out our Wells Fargo including all investments will be moved.you can open an acct online but cant add a person online..um??? Moving it all to PNC

  I went to this location today to open a savings account and replace my debit card. If you are requiring people to schedule an appointment to have services, you should put it on the door. The teller was very nice and helpful...the "banker's" tone was terrible.

  If I could give 0 stars I would . Awful customer service and lacking competence with simple routine tasks. In the event I must return to this branch, I will make sure to only witdrawl from the atm machine as to have no interaction with incompetent bank employees .
