      Just opened an account with them and will be with them until my pay check clears. The woman, Annette who opened my account was awesome. Really nice. The only positive experience with this place. Deposited my paycheck and was told it would clear the following day!! Guess what!! It didn't and I went back and got the same teller who told me it would be 7-10 business day!! No funds available from my paycheck. When I told the teller what he said, his response was "I lied" and with a smurk on his face.

      tHIS HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED EVER FROM A PLATFORM PERSON IN BANKING, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS MAN STILL HAS A JOB. If you are in the Paoli area the gentleman Naman who works the platform has no emotion at all I lost my mother less than 3 weeks ago this man physically reverse my transaction and hands me my insurance check and tells me to go to Chase bank to cash it! I worked in banking 12 years a large sum of money and he gives me my check bank to go else where? WOW TO have aLL OF MY MONEY AVAILABLE TODAY I get to the office and he intentionally places an extended hold on my check purposely !!! This is a check from my mothers DEATH aren't I going through enough? I am reporting this man NAMAN the manager of that Paoli office to so many different higher up's because this is not customer service this was something PERSONAL he did towards ME! WHAT A RACIAL PROFILE I DID NOTHING TO THIS MAN OR THIS BANK to place an extend hold purposely on an insurance check and to think I brought everything with me my mothers policy her death certificate EVERYTHING! I honestly can NOT believe this

      I have been with this BMT branch for 30 yrs. I think it’s the training branch for the bank. No one seems to stay longer than a year. I will say the overall impression is they care and are kind and competent. Someone has always taken the time to help me with an issue. Here’s to 30 more years 🥂🍾
