Hazel C1WSECU usually has great CS. Branch on Fairview teller 3734 was rude and questioned why I wanted my bills the way I wanted it. First of all it's non of you business and it's not your money to be asking how i want it. Do your job and give me the change i want. A teller should never ask you your reasoning for how you want you money.

Fantasy A (Fantasy A)5The best bank I ever go to every 2 weeks and the staff are very awesome and love me coming by when i deposit checks, cash, and using their coin machine! They deserved a 5 star rating and a Fantasy A Loves Me shirt printed by Fantasy A aka Alexander Hubbard himself which me and designed by my fan Len Enders! I love WSECU the most! Best service ever! Keep it up!

Catty Oro5Fantastic customer service. I took out a boat loan a few years ago. Andrew was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. When there was an issue, we worked it out. I'm happy with my experience here.

MindaMichelle5I've been a member at this branch for 30 yrs, since I was a teenager teller! Employees stay, which is a testament to the way WSECU treats them. Member service is always friendly, efficient, & extremely helpful. Branch Manager Kathy P & long time employee Ray are priceless teem members!

Aurien Watson1I’ve been a client since 2011, have done banking in Olympia/Lacey as well as Seattle’s University branch, and I’ve always received stellar service. All employees have been friendly, respectful, and have been helpful beyond belief. Yesterday, I decided to stop by Seattle’s SLU branch because I was in the area. What a mistake. This my worst experience with WSECU. The rep acted as though he’d never seen a Black person before, I had to prompt him to ask me to verify my identification, and he seemed flustered in handling my simple transaction. And then he condescended to me in explaining how my particular transaction worked when it is obvious from my account history that I am well-versed. Needless to say, I will not be visiting the SLU branch again. It’s worth diving a few extra miles to the University branch to be treated anywhere near a valued customer. I recommend any other Black clients do the same.

Chris Cooper1Don't waist your time! This is a horrible institution. It was good a few years ago but has become your standard bank doing bank things, lying and hurting people! Long story but you get a one star and that's to much!

Keith Gormezano3Unless you are a member or a member of a shared branch (another credit union that lets WSECU members use their ATM machines), they will refuse to allow you to exchange $20.00 in U.S. Currency for four five dollar bills. There is plenty of parking in their parking lot.

This is because every transaction, even just an exchange of currency, needs to be run through an account so we have a record of it. We're sorry this caused an inconvenience for you!

Frankie Valentine1One woman who works here may be a Russian spy. She hates answering questions openly, and is very fake nice without actually helping you, and acts very manipulative. She'll pry into your business and tell you she's just trying to help you, but clearly isn't a genuinely caring person. Just gives us all a really cold, creepy feeling. Might sound paranoid but Maria Butina was undetected, too. Watch out for your personal info banking here.
