  Rob went out of his way to accommodate us and our required timing. He provided what we needed to close our offer while traveling on a weekend, which is not something the national bank we were considering could do. He gave us a competitive rate and a fair quote, helpfully explaining everything. Rob and Sarah had superb communication, reassuring confidence, and meaningful personal touches throughout the whole process. They allowed our fast 22-day closing to happen even faster; we moved the closing up to day 18! We are very happy with Rob and highly recommend him and his team to everyone.

  Rob Berg and his team are wonderful to work with. We purchased a home in April of 2017, and were very happy with the process. It was very easy and Rob led us through every step.   Rob and Sarah did a terrific job with our refinance. Rob clearly explained how they are differentiated from other loans, the steps towards a refinance, and how he could help with our current loan. Sarah helped tremendously answering my millions of questions on the paperwork and proactively gave us updates on next steps. Lastly, both Rob and Sarah answered our questions in a very timely manner, which made the process even easier. Overall great experience and we have already recommended them to other fiends.   Working with Rob, Sarah and the Fairway team made my first home buying experience a breeze. Rob took the time to explain how this opaque home-buying process works. This was great and made us feel cared for and safe through the entire process. Rob and Sarah helped us so much and were completely responsive and helpful all of the times.   I've had the good fortune of working with Rob on several occasions and each time the experience was fantastic. Rob has helped my wife and I purchase two homes and through two refinances as well. Each time Rob and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did the heavy lifting to guide us through the process.   I have known Rob for a number of years. He is an outstanding man with integrity and works extremely hard. He will be completely honest with you. Rob was able to refer us to a trusted real estate agent when we were looking for a home to buy. This turned out to be key, as Rob and our agent helped us beat out a straight cash offer on our home! Also, Rob is very connected to the mortgage and real estate community, which is really helpful when you are competing against other buyers - if Rob knows the agent of the buyer, its a big plus in helping you beat out other offers! I cannot recommend him highly enough.
