  I banked with this bank for years and I've decided that I wanted to open up a credit card with them that was the wrong thing to do because their service really is no good they have no one to answer phones they have nobody to call anyone back and they want so many questions I don't understand why they just don't pull your credit report I have no problem with that but they seem to not want to. Then they do it some shady way. long story short I'm closing all my accounts with them and moving to a different bank. If you want a credit card you might as well just go somewhere else because in the end you end up without anything and a headache.

  As someone who just had to jump through so many hoops to open an account with a different bank, WSECU is an absolute blessing comparatively. The associates were kind and accommodating even when some of my information was not adequate to open an account, and they reached out afterwards as well to make sure everything was running smoothly. Sending a travel notice was quite simple and I got a response very promptly, and when I needed to call customer service the wait times were short and the associates friendly. I would absolutely recommend this credit union, and this branch specifically as well.

  Amazingly fast service. I got an hour of parking but I was done within 15 minutes. Free parking is available right before the building. Customer service personnel are very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this location.

  I love wsecu! Whole family has been members for more than 20 years. They have always been friendly and helpful. Any problems any of us have had have been solved quickly and effectively. None of us has ever had a negative experience with wsecu!

  Very friendly and assistive staff, guided me through my card replacement and offered insightful tips where I may better my credit score. Likewise, were very helpful in advising my credit card options and the next steps I can take from there. Thank you for being open on Saturday and I hope i don't lose my stuff again😂

  My partner and I recently combined finances, which is always a daunting chore. WSECU has been a great place to work with, and they've made the process as easy as it can be. Today, S. helped us establish overdraft protection in the right way, since the route we were taking would have potentially been more expensive. She walked me through credit cards vs. lines of credit, and what is the real function for each option. She also helped out teaching me the best ways to plan for big purchases in order to protect my credit score. I've never really had anyone volunteer to help so much and offer advice to clearly. And don't forget, anyone in Washington can join!

  We have banked with WSECU for 20 years, including credit cards, savings, mortgage and accounts for children. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful every time we have visited.

  Their staff was very difficult to deal with. They had communication issues that resulted In me closing my account with them. Their ability to hear out concerns and value their members is laughable. I wish them well in understanding the true meaning of customer service. Maybe upper management can spare some funds to have them taught how to effectively solve matters rather that create more. Please spare yourself the time by commenting your generic response to this. I will not be reading it. You've wasted enough of my time.

  in this location WSECU costumer service employee name call Daniel Wood, is very Rude and unprofessional. Very difficult to deal with. He just played with his fake smile. Member of over 7 years. But now i'm so disappointed with customer service. Me and my family Gonna switch to BECU soon, this would have never been an issue with them!

  I love WSECU, but this location doesn't seem to have anywhere to park. I spent 15 min driving around the block, and the area trying to find a place until I gave up. Wish there were more locations.

  Hi Alexsis, sorry for the delay in response on this. We were sure we wrote you back and our response seems to have disappeared! We do have a parking garage that we validate for; the entrance is on 11th Avenue. Because that's a North-bound one-way street, you might need to go past the branch a bit to get going the right way. Traffic flow doesn't allow you to turn left onto 11th from 45th, there is a bit of back-tracking depending on which direction you come from. The good news is that the University Branch is moving to a new location soon with a much more easily accessed garage! Keep an eye on our Facebook so you know when we've officially opened.
