  I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Terrible experience. I would never recommend this company. They lied, changed our closing date 8 times and were terrible about communicating.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE WPL! Seriously, I will NEVER go with anyone else. We have used Will twice as our loan officer. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, always answering calls, providing sound advice, and he TRULY CARES for his clients! If you are looking elsewhere, stop. WPL is the way to go!!!

  As a realtor I would trust will the owner with my clients. They made sure the process was smooth and personable. What mortgage company helps with moving instead of a bottle of wine my buyers didnt really need. They knew my buyers because they listened to there needs and that spoke volume to me.   WPL is outstanding I had a client that went through two different lenders before WPL. Will Lowen reviewed the buyers credit and within minutes had a solid solution and they were able to buy the house that they wanted. Thanks WPL Mortgage you Rock!!

  The most wonderful people to work with. I know I was a pain with all the questions and never once did they make me feel that I wasn't important to them....They are like family and would refer everyone to them....Felt like family...I appreciate them very much.   i retained Mr Lowen for $1500 to obtain financing. He failed to perform and took my money. Buyer beware. Never give upfront money to anyone..

  Mr. Farrell – Will Lowen here, I wanted to respond personally. As the owner WPL Mortgage Solutions and provider of commercial lending (as a separate entity), it deeply concerns me anytime someone is unhappy with the products and services we have provided. Excellence in our efforts is our top priority. Any frustrations may be a result of misunderstanding the differences between residential and commercial loans. Commercial lending, unlike residential lending that has very precise guidelines and is backed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, USDA and VA etc., provides much less structure and is more about finding an investor that is interested in your project. Therefore, with commercial loans we provide a comprehensive agreement via an engagement letter. As we work hard to live up to our slogan “people before profit”; transparency being cornerstone. We provide the engagement letter and have it signed prior to any monetary transfer in all cases, it has very straight forward language. We had analyzed your request prior to the execution of the Engagement Letter and felt, and still do, you provide a worthwhile opportunity for the right investor. We have put much effort into your request, but do understand the timing is not what anyone could have predicted. With the current economic crisis’s investors are a bit gun shy; but that does not mean we have stopped working. All it means is that we must continue exploring more investor relationships until we find the best match.
