  I recently moved to a new city and my Old Bank dropped my account; So I came across this Bank and had really delightful costumer service. They helped solved my issues, and I'm really glad I came.

  We've been doing online banking with them and we had another issue with it today. On the 3rd we scheduled a payment that said the earliest they could do it it's the 10th. On the 10th they mailed a check to our insurance company but didn't get there until the 17th. When I called and asked why the payment got there so late they said that's when they mailed the check and acted like I was the idiot for scheduling an online bill-paying system to go through on the 10th.

  Update: I went in to take change and they only take 10 dollars of change at a time? Do what? I thought you were a bank and your gonna tell me I cant bring in over 10 dollars of ROLLED change? Get out of here. Freaking joke of a bank. Wont take my money? Lol now I have to find a new bank that will take my money. Horrible service. Old post... Unfortunately this is my bank and I haven't minded them in the past but this branch is always so slow and has the worst customer service. Other locations have been great. But every time I come they are slow here

  This bank has issues I had to cancel out my whole account here due to the way I was treated at this bank went and deposited 13,000 in my account and was treated like I was a drug dealer like I couldn’t have that much money it was completely sad and I will never return the manger seems very racist will never bank with academy bank again thanks to the blue springs location they need new people to take over with better attitudes! Will never return to this bank!
