  Since the new people came in, the place has a better atmosphere when you walk in. You feel welcomed & treated more friendlier and not bothering as it was just a few months ago.

  Branch Manager has a very bad attitude, I did report her bad Attitude. I paid my account off so I dont have to deal with her.
