  Pam Obholz is an extraordinarily efficient and kind person, who is also perfectly responsive. When I call her, she responds immediately and I get taken care of within the same day. I have NEVER had a problem of any kind with World Finance with whom I am very, very happy with. I would recommend them to anyone. Five Stars!!!!

  IF I COULD I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR. THESE PEOPLE TALK ABOUT YOU LIKE A DOG WHILE YOU ARE ON THE PHONE. ALL I ASKED WAS HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO DO TAX RETURN. SHE STARTED TELLING THE OTHERS IN THE OFFICE THAT I WON'T GIVE UP ON ASKING FOR A PRICE. LORD HAVE MERCY IF YOU EVER NEED A LOAN I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT THEY'D SAY. VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HATEFULNESS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

  Every time I've been into world finance it's always been a very positive experience. Pam and Jessica are so helpful and kind, even when unfortunate events happen they find a way to work with you. Definitely feel blessed to have them at the Ruidoso location.

  I love PAM AND JESSICA for ALL My financial needs.I go to them every time I'm in a bind they are there to help me out .Very fast and friendly gets you in and out in a timely manner. Plus they make sure to call if I'm every late or days before so I don't forget lol. And what I love about them also is that they now me by name and even my family
