  Whenever I stop by Potranco location at 9827 Potranco Rd, I always come in person because of the environment. The staffing has always been slightly scarce probably due to what’s been happening but everyone is so positive and educated; I appreciate the way they enlighten me to my questions. “Michael Robson” and “Zyelo Sanchez” never let me take advantage of the online payments because I’d rather come pay in person because of their professionalism and consistency.

  Five stars because their customer service is amazing both in person and phone. They always called me to remind me about my payment so I was never late on a payment and were always so sweet. Always asked how my day is and just never sounded mean/angry like most customer service places. If you need a loan this is the place to go.
