  I am a customer of World Finance particularly Ingram/Wurzbach location since 2011 exceeding my exceptions with their customer service meeting all my income tax and financial needs. Cindy Ramos has provided me service for 20 years and plays a vital role to why i have been a loyal customer for so long. Her warming smile, professionalism, and expertise in financial service is always a pleasure when doing business with Cindy. Cindy goes above and beyond whenever I have tax questions and thourough in guiding me through IRS helpful resources. Her knowledge reflects considering she always has the answers for me. If she dont she will take the time to find the answer and jokingly I have manage to be that customer who trips her up taking up 3 hours of her time due to complications resulting from last year. But like always she got the job done exceeding my expectations with her superb problem solving skills and customer satisfaction. I will say this is not your typical tax and finance service, I have never had such a pleasurable experience when dealing with Cindy and her staff. Thank you World Finance for having an exceptional staff!!!

  My first experience with this company was to get my taxes filed. Walked in and out with a free advance on my refund! Cindy mentioned the personal loans they offer that could help build my credit and get me the extra cash I needed! Helpful and great service all around I would definitely recommend

  I have been doing business with World Finance for a couple of years now. The loans offered here are way better than your average payday or personal loans. First, the qualifying is quite simple and they allow clients to use household items such as electronics and even paintings of art to be used as collateral. The interest rate is very reasonable unlike the payday loan. I personally deal with Cindy, who is always very helpful and quite pleasant to interact with. Cindy and her staff are always pleasant and are able to answer any and all questions I may have. It is so nice because they work fast and there is never a long wait.
