  I've been going to this location for years. I went there initially for a client to pay her bills as she was sometimes not able to leave home. When I started going for myself to this location, I worked with Dawn who was very supportive and understanding then with Heather who was more like a funny aunt. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The staff are kind and they listen. Sometimes I have gone in there because I needed someone to talk to and they listen. Even when they are busy they let me know to wait and they will get to me and when they do, and if what I want is to fuss they listen and have a weird way of asking me if I want a loan at the same time. Multitasking at its best 🙂. I have looked at the negative reviews and I can honestly say that has never been my experience. I understand that everyone's experiences are different but I have found that the emotions we bring to people can cause the emotions they have. Good vibes go a long way. Heather thank you for everything you have done for me and my family, I am ever so grateful. God bless 🙌

  Made a payment on my account with Heather, wasn't offered a confirmation number, didn't receive an email receipt despite my request for one, she said she couldn't tell me my remaining balance after payment, we lost our phone connection, representative didn't call me back. When I called back, Heather kept talking over the top of me, displayed zero empathy or active listening skills, and was argumentative and rude!!

  The 2 wonderful ladies dawn and Hillary are absolutely awesome and they go way beyond to help in any way and as quick as possible. They are super friendly and I'll always go back there for their help. I recommend everyone to go in and check out world finance to get the same great experience we have always had.

  so I received a loan from this company that was OK and glad that I could do business but at the end of the term of the contract they are stating that I owe them over $500 well I paid all of the loan off but they are still saying that I still owe on the paid off loan but but yet paid off the loan that I had and I have proof that I did so . didn't do business with this company
