  When you walk into a place of business and you are personally greeted with a smile and professionalism, CHERISH IT!!! I have no complaints about this location. Specifically Melissa is always a gem to work with. I continue to do business with Sun Loan because of her consistency. It's hard to find dedicated employees like Melissa and the team there. I highly recommend the Alton, IL location if you desire professional, fast, and friendly staff and service. THANK YOU MELISSA!

  I am not a customer there, but I went in on Friday of last week because my truck broke down to see if I could get something to drink and the lady working did not hesitate to offer me a cup of nice cold water. She was very nice and didnt hesitate to offer me water

  Candace Dale went above and beyond to help me out of a troubling situation that I had gotten myself into... she showed outstanding professionalism and compassion.... I would recommend her 100 times over... she did not stop working with me until I was completely satisfied...Her customer service is impeccable!!!

  even tho I have been with Sun Loan and Cant get helped anymore do to that bill I will still try and send people there after all I can still try to get that free money for sending someone there. Enjoyed working with Melissa and Kandace
