  Completed the first part of my application online. Someone called me the next day and I gave them more information. They claim to have an answer regarding your loan request in an hour. Last time I spoke to them was 11:05 yesterday. Called them 3 times yesterday afternoon and they did not have an answer on my application. They have yet to call me with an update or anything. Not impressed with their lack of customer service.
