  I just wanted to take a moment of my time and say thank you to the ladies at this world finance. There is a lady name tish there and like she has worked with me through all the times I had trouble paying, refinancing and everything. This lady deserves a raise. Thank you .Also there is a lady named tamica. Probably butchered her name sorry , but you two strong beautiful women I appreciate you. I went from being employee to being self employed and tish took her time explaining to me the things I had questions about. Thank you again. Get a loan here.

  This is my second year filing my taxes with Tameka at World Finance and she does an amazing job. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

  I thank it was a great place to get a loan from if u have less then good credit! And need help starting over, this is the place the costumer service is great and they will work with u when life happens

  I visited World Finance yesterday and my experience was a very pleasant and positive service! I couldn't be more pleased! Latitia and triffany I believe that's her name was VERY welcoming and had made sure I understood everything. My first loan experience was amazing thanks to these ladies, I highly recommend this place to ANYONE wanting to do a loan. I will definitely continue to give my services to them they are the true definition of a company that goes above and beyond for their clients! They never turned me away and always looked for another way to solve the things that happened in the process. I truly appreciate this company!

  The customer service here is REALLY bad, when we came in the woman only said "its going to be a little while before i can help you" then let us sit for WELL over an hour while she made conversation with the 2 different people she was helping. FINALLY she gets to us and when I tell her I want a loan she says "well all I can do today is an application for you, I have to review them in the morning with my manager because we close at 6" I was immediately confused and asked her why she'd let us sit there for so long if she knew she had no intention of helping us( it was nearly 7 by this time, maybe 6:55) it was very clear to me that this woman just wanted to go home and was making anything up so that she could leave. We arrived half an hour before 6 and she talked THE ENTIRE TIME to the other customers but ignored us completely. SMH I wouldnt recommend this place to someone I DIDNT like -2 stars from me.
