  I had an amazing experience here. This was my first installment loan and i felt informed and comfortable when i signed. Karen was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Recommended for anyone without perfect credit who need a chance.

  I had an amazing experience with Karen I had explained that I was on the verge of not doing a loan because of the bad experience I had with another location and she stayed right with me and was so very kind patient and informative..I'm glad that I called her she was very helpful and I will recommend any of my friends and family use the Ashland city location for any financial services 😀

  The lady that answers the phone is absolutely rude!!! (While the Manager is in back ground on coaching her on what to say). She needs training in customer service. Called to see what is needed in order to start an application. They open at 9a but don’t take applications until 9:30 or later. No I don’t want to give you personal information over the phone. JUST TELL ME WHAT ITEMS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROCEED.
