  I love the Mexico office. Melissa is awesome. I have done business with her along time. The business is professional, good quality, good value, and very responsive. My favorite loan place. I also would like to say kate who works in that office to is very good knowing alot of things and when you don't know she asks Melissa. Melissa always does a good job at tax season too.

  The Mexico branch is awesome. Always there when I need them and go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. Some Really good ppl friendly and professional but down to earth.

  My husband and I moved out here about 4 years ago..not knowing where would be a good place to go get our taxes done. After a few phone calls around.. Mexico World Finance was the last call we had to make. We had spoken to Melissa on the phone and she was even more wonderful in person. And I can confidently say on behalf of my husband and I that we will never go anywhere or to any one else besides Melissa Shoemaker. We moved 45 minutes away and even if it was further then that we would still make the drive. The other employees here are also so wonderful and incredibly friendly too. And you can tell their customers walk out happy and enjoy being there. Getting taxes done isn't always the most enjoyable process but they make getting them done so stress free and quick and they really will and do go above and beyond for their customers. We walk in and they remember us, we pick up on conversations from last year, and they ask about things we had talked about!! We've seen them remember other customers. It's a great feeling to know the girls there are genuine and aren't just asking generic questions. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And they take pride in what they do. By the length of my review I think it's pretty clear that I cannot say enough wonderful things about this particular World Finance and the special ladies that make it the way it is. Four years later and we will never trust anyone else or place to get our taxes done. I can genuinely promise that making the decision to go here will be a great one! Thank you so much Melissa for each year making tax season such a painless experience and can't wait to see you when it's time to come pick up and to see you guys again next year!! Keep up your amazing work!!!!♡
