  I did an online application and the call back time was extremely fast. They were helpful and very polite. My in-store experience was very positive. Mary was nice and helpful. She went through everything with me and helped me sign up for Auto Club. It was a great experience all around and I will definitely keep going back.

  I had a pretty complicated tax situation from years of using "Do it yourself'' tax websites and apps. They were a fraction of the price the big tax companies were going to charge me AND I got my refund back in just a week. The employee's were understanding of my situation and did everything they could to make it a positive experience! 10 out of 10 recommend using Mary Jo and Kayla to help with your tax needs so your refund isn't as traumatic as 2020 was!

  The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sun Loans to anyone needing these kinds of services. They were able to help me out when I was in a bind and didn't know what i was going to do. The staff in the Mexico office is Amazing!

  Good friendly curteous staff wbo are very friendly and always so very helpful rather its over the phone or in person in the store..When im in the store they always have the store looking so nice and clean as well..I would reccamend them to anyone..And would use them in the future if i have to...

  So i came in with a little tax problem and Kayla was on the phone for over an hour with the IRS i didnt leave this office with out an answer as she wasnt giving up BIG SHOUT OUT TO HER and thanks so very much
