  Very unkind Centerville branch. Employees will have to learn the basics of customer service...I will never use this branch again.. I'm in a bad mood.

  Dealt with this branch for many years, I always felt they were not that kind. Unfortunately my last visit was the worst. The lady who helped me for my last visit was horrible. She sounded so bossy and didn't know how to treat a customer. I'm considering changing my bank after being a customer for many years with this bank. The bank tellers at the counter are always nice but the staff in the office , they are very unkind. I guess the manager should do something about it.

  I was able to use my expat debit card I got in Korea to get money out that I made in Korea...but could only take out $300 a day and couldn't use the inside services of the bank. No atm fees..but the drive here was so far it wasn't really worth it in the long run. They are seperate from the bigger bank actually in Korea. Should have realized.

  A few days ago, I visited with my wife for service. All of us suffer from difficulties and loneliness in other countries of 200 million, and especially for the older generations who have to face different languages. Still, when I first entered Woori Bank, I felt like ah~ We are a bank in Korea. So, I was very excited for the natural closeness with pride. But for quite a few compatriots, including me, the opinions were surprisingly negative. Above all, I feel bad enough to feel unfriendly (although not particularly unpleasant curse or language) and a bitter mood after receiving the service (I have to come from the standpoint of Eul because I cannot receive other services including remittance in Korea) Makes you feel. Of course, I understand the hard work and stress of work for those who work inside, but... The proverb that he repays the light and changes people with a warm smile is an example that we all relate to. The unfortunate thing is that there must be Christians among the staff... I hesitate a few times before posting this article. I'm not going to condemn anyone and I don't think the Bank of Korea, which is proud of anyone anymore, shouldn't be condemned. Of course, I understand that there are also guests who are polite and out of common sense. I hope this helps. Thank you
