At least a Spanish lady banker tried to accommodate other customers but this black banker kept chatting with a customer for over 48 min now and continue having fun with the customer. When I came in, there were these 2 bankers and 4 customers, 2 on waiting, resulting in 50 min waiting time for a notary service.

Obaid Ameri1I went to this location to cash my employer check after that I had a plane to open an account but iovvan old tayler is the worst I was wfor my check 20 minutes and I was asking her question if there's anything that I can help she didn't even answer me I will not go here again and recommend to anyone to open account sorry for customer who has account there and has to deal with this lazy lady

Kevin Yi1If i go in person to get help with a problem i expect to get an actual person to talk to me and try and help me, not get directed to use the online app or call someone. If i wanted to do that i would have on my own. If you dont want to actually try and help someone why bother even having tellers actually there? The person i had to call was also clearly unprofessional and i could clearly hear her talking and laughing with someone on the other end.Courtesy? What a joke of a business model and based on the numerous other reviews im not the only one that has issues with wells fargo staff

Fz All1We've been banking at this location for 4 years and a simple task this afternoon to open a business checking account was a disaster. 2 hrs and countless calls to the back-office to figure out resulted in nothing and had to walk out the door disappointed. The consultant called the service manager just to defend why they couldn't do a simple task. Have we started hiring incompetent people who can't figure how to open a simple business checking account?

Joy Curzio1I wanted to have a trust set up for my mom because my dad recently died. The woman “Shell” was super rude, as soon as I said what I needed to do. When I asked her if she was wearing a mask, she waved a mask in my face. I just walked out. And the office was rundown.

Michael Rangel1Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a bank. Had to come from out of town to help my elderly grandmother sort out some transfers which the bank manager repeatedly told her she couldn't make. She tried three times, brought every sort of document under the sun, waited hours and did whatever they told her to - no use. I literally had to print out a hard copy of her account policy, highlight the portion which said she could do exactly what she had been trying to do, and force the manager to read it. His excuse? "That must be a new policy. I've never seen it before." ...My grandmother is 85 and has banked with you her entire life. I don't think she's made a change to her bank plans since the Soviets were our greatest fear. But thank you, sir, for being awful to an innocent old woman. Now my grandmother has to take the bus four more stops to the other branch, just to avoid you and your foolishness.

ashee Rose1I have had very bad experiences with wells Fargo. I got cash from my bank and went to this branch to deposit it and the teller counted it wrong even after counting it 2-3 times. I had to go back to the other bank telling them that they gave me less amount and they did a whole procedure and it turned out to be the right amount. so i came back to the wells fargo branch and the teller still insisted that she was right and then when she counted again it came out that she was wrong. this caused me so much tension and wasted my time. neither did she apologize and neither did the manager. Whenever I come to this branch I have a horrible experience. I am a valued customer.I have a business account as well but I think i will be closing all my accounts with wells fargo because of the horrible customer service.

Stan Bernsteen5Two years ago my father passed away. He left behind assets scattered among over a dozen out-of-state institutions, insurance companies and brokerage firms. It must have been divine guidance. I walked into this Wells Fargo branch in Centreville, obviously distressed and confused. I have no legal background and I did not know where to begin. The bank manager saw my anguish and offered to help me consolidate all the assets into Wells Fargo banking and brokerage accounts. The bank manager set up all the required accounts, and assigned his best personal banker to assist me. The personal banker spent hours calling lawyers, brokerage houses and insurance companies on my behalf, and guided me through the process. After about six months of hard work on everybody's part, almost everything was transferred into properly titled personal and trust accounts. This was so legally complicated that eleven separate accounts were required. I don't know what I would have done without their help. When it was all done, I was so grateful that I brought a large sheet cake into the bank to thank them. Banking has never been so easy.
