  Love this bank. Everyone is friendly, professional and very competent. This was one of my father’s banks, and I started coming here with him in his later years. I like it so much I’ve opened my own account here, even though I live in Baltimore! Special shout out to branch manager Yvonne, but really, everyone here’s been fantastic. How banking used to be.

  Lucretia is AWESOME!!!! She is always very patient and willing to spend the time, however long it takes. Woodsboro customer service in general is extraordinary.

  Woodsboro Bank financed a primary residence for me last week and were in the process to close a deal on an investment property. All staff that I've come in contact with (Erin, Fran, Rich, Stephen) have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They've made the closing process a breeze. They have more programs and options than the typical "big bank." They've beat other banks rates, and are extremely investor friendly. I highly recommend Woodsboro for anybody looking for financing/mortgages.

  What a blessing it is to have a fantastic community bank that's so exceptional! Woodsboro bank does an excellent job in helping their customers and also in contributing to our Frederick community. I've know Consie Meyers for years and her expertise and bubbly personality make banking fun. Also, the leadership of Steve Heine is fantastic.

  Temikki Morrison, Lucretia Holman, Richard Ohnmacht, and (especially) Chris Clemons went above and beyond for me and my small business. I can't even express how grateful I am for this group of people and how they helped us while our business teetered closure during the pandemic. I wasn't even a current customer of theirs and I felt like I've banked with them for my entire life. Thank you. So much.

  What could have been an easily explained and fixed problem was blown way out of proportion by Ms. McLeod. She was very snobby, refused eye contact with me and treated me as second class because my name was not on the card. After having money in this bank for over 25 years I expect more respect than that. Instead of making me feel I can trust Woodsboro Bank she has definitely made it clear that I cannot.

  WILL NOT CASH CHECKS IF YOUR NOT A CUSTOMER. DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL, HOW CAN YOU WRITE A CHECK BUT YOU CANT CASH IT JUST BECAUSE IM NOT A CUSTOMER? MAKES NO SENSE. BAD POLICY.
