  We've had our business account and personal accounts with them for several years, it's very convenient - the Peoria branch (our Home Branch) is great. The manager Tersi knows us by name and is just great as is the rest of her crew!

  had an issue with an unknown charge on my card. Shut my card down instantly, but never guaranteed me my money back. Now I'm out $45 for something I didn't buy & having to wait for a new card....still haven't gotten it!

  I have an account there had one for over 2years now. I received a personal check from my previous landlord for a re fund of my security deposit & it's stated that on the check. The female at the desk asked me why was u getting the deposit back was it because u was getting an apartment & u changed your mind. I said it say it on there I dnt have to go into full detail about the check. She then turned me around & told me i had to drive all the way to chillicothe & cash my check even after it shows I have deposits coming into my account also my work check that comes thru there as well. In which I would be getting one in the next 2 days & she can see that. The other option she said i had was to allow the check to sit for 7 days thats the benefit of having an account so i dont have to wait theb entire time especially since I am a regular customer. They hold that money to their chest as if it's their own money like u robbing them even tho u have legit checks that need cashed.

  This was the worse experience of my life, had to wait for them to be ready 7 minutes after they opened, then they was rude to speak with.. then couldn't get on my own husbands account cause I dnt have any bills in my name so I couldn't get added to his account . So if ur a stay at home mom with no bills in ur name dnt try to get an account here...

  The customer service is horrible at this Walmart just horrible. I would not recommend doing any of your banking here.

  Everything I go to this location they try their hardest to avoid cashing my check and always try to make me use the atm.

  Hours listed are wrong or something got there 403 claimed they close at 4 switching banks after driving 20 miles to deposit a check and not being able to no way to do it at atm like all other banks
