  I did a refinance with caliber on exting loan with them. There was mistakes made on closing cost which I brought it to there attention days before. They said all is well then call me FIVE hours before closing to cancel. Then proceeded to take my payment out the month where I had no payment due after I checked with them TWICE there was no payment needed. Which caused me to over draft . Still waiting on check for last months payment three weeks later. Wish there was zero stars . They made what should of been a happy moment a nightmare . Going to refinance with different company asap. Even if it is at all worse rate .

  Worst experience ever with this company. They do not even deserve a half star. Was told I received a "grant" by Rosie Davis at my initial visit. Then a few weeks later turns out it was a loan that had to be paid back. Con artists! Rosie Davis cost me 5k and a damaged credit score. And to top it all off they continue to send me emails even after I asked them to stop. Will never refer a friend to this company and you should not either.
