      This is where all maybe . I keep asking in email the name of fraud director no one will tell me!! Now many ice people but after all this time to have new people on phone tell me they cannot locate my account by number is ridiculous ! Aggravating!!

      Not a full bank I walked in and looked around to find a teller lady and the front desk lady was very rude and yelled "sir sir sir can I help you" in a very rude voice. There online system was down for everyone and needed to transfer money. Lady needs to take some social skill classes.
