  Deposit disappeared somehow, and their fraud unit isn't even open 24/7 like other banks. Can't talk to anyone else except police until they open Monday. Update: Bank called me back and solved the problem, said that their backup didn't go through somehow, but they fixed it. That was still disconcerting, though at least I didn't have to file a criminal complaint. On the bright side, I learned that you can add money to your account anywhere in the country due to Woodforest's agreement with Wal-Mart. Just go to Wal-Mart's financial services desk and add money to your card, just like a prepaid card, and it goes into your account. I tried it on vacation and it works!

  I love my bank they’re not very good don’t give them personal loans and auto loans But they’re my primary bank I do all my lending through my secondary bank Just for that reason but the employees will go out of their way to help you the managers been excellent over the years that he’s taking over been a customer is 15 years

  They suspended my account because they couldn't verify my address. Here I am trying to buy a pack of cigarettes and DENIED not because I didn't have money Because they couldn't verify my address. Even though I gave them everything I had with my address on it. They SUSPENDED my account.
