  If you’re searching for the Mortgage Lender A-Team, look no further than Spirit Mortgage!! Slade Hodges worked hard to ensure we received the best possible rate & loan terms for the purchase of our new home, but he didn’t stop there … To qualify for the purchase of our new home we had to sell our previous home, which proved to be an 83-Day endeavor. I will spare you the details but suffice to say, it was a nightmare. God put Slade Hodges in our life for a reason because it was his expertise, guidance, & positive reinforcement that helped us maintain until we FINALLY closed both properties. When you’re evaluating options for a Mortgage Lender, don’t forget to consider what an emotionally charged process home buying is & how invaluable having a Loan Officer like Slade Hodges could prove to be!!

  The BEST lending experience you could ask for! Kris has been serving in the mortgage industry for a great length of time and goes to great lengths to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. The entire staff at Spirit Mortgage is always there to help one another out and help get you the answers you need.   Sundy Sharp @ Spirit Mortgage was absolutely the best. She made applying for a home loan so quick & easy. She made it fun. Sundy is very professional & an expert in her field. We will definitely go to her for any future needs. How blessed First United Bank is to have Sundy. She is truly the best of the best.

  This is a great lender if you aren’t in a hurry. Most phone calls were not returned, and most emails took about 2-3 days for a response. There were no problems as far as the paperwork and the closing process, but Communication is key when you want to try to earn someone’s business.

  I represent a buyer who is approved by this company. Closing date was October 24th, today is October 30th still no close. Julie Parsons is the loan officer. Myself and sellers agent had to drive to her office to find out when the closing date would be and she did not know. It is her job to know exactly when the closing date is going to take place. Lender appears to lack experience/ education. I differently will not recommend to any of my future buyers to use this lender.
