Nobody is ever at the bank. They are either missing or wandering around the store doing who knows what. I went to make a deposit so I could pay an important and unexpected bill, and I stood around for over 10 minutes. There was no sign to indicate if someone was there, if they were out to lunch, or closed early. I will be speaking to the Market Manager soon.
