      They ALWAYS tell people they are closed at 5. The website says at 7pm. Workers make up Hours to go home early. I went at 5 they said closed another time at 6 they said closed. It was a gay man and a large woman. This is b.s.

      Great Bank, but if I could give this location a zero star I would. I advise anyone against using this location. I have utilized Woodforest banks in San Antonio for both my business and personal accounts for years and I have great experiences with all of the locations, except this particular one. The manager Nancy makes up her own rules and policies instead of following the policies set in place by Woodforest. Terrible service, It's so bad that I live nearby, but I will gladly drive an extra hour just to goto the location on De Zavala or 281 and 1604.

      I love the bank but I just don't like the people. This morning was the worst I waited in line for over 30 min. 30 min and the lady's where Rudy as if they were upset we were all there.

      I do not recommend this location to anyone nor do I recommend that anyone banks with Woodforest national Bank. They are very sloppy and inconsiderate of their customers.
