  This is the best banking experience I've ever had. The employees from the management on down are the best. They are professional, helpful, friendly, and make you feel like a part of the family. I'll be banking here for a long while.

  I was told they were closed at 11:30am on a Friday without any explanation. The lady teller was helping 2 other customers but when I walked up she informed me she couldn’t help before even knowing why I was there. I have been banking with woodforest nearly 10 years. This is unacceptable so I will be closing my account unless an explanation is given.

  I haven't been able to access the money in my account for over 24 hours this is absolutly the worst banking experience of my life. I talked to one of the associates at the Clayton location yesterday and she promised me that by 6am this morning my debit card functions would be working, and they still are not working, I will be closing out my account and I wouldn't waste my time banking with these lazy good for nothing bankers!

  Been with them for 3 years. Love this bank and never had a bad experience with them. Always there to help and love they open 7 days a week unless it's a certain holiday. I bank with the one in clayton, nc in the Walmart. Love the ladies there.

  Employees are always friendly and helpful. One woman remembers who I am by name even though I don't go there very often. I appreciate that.
