  Woodforest Bank during COVID-19 hours have made my life a little more difficult to get my paycheck cadhed due to limited hours. I opened the account initially because they offered evening and Sunday hours. I was forced to open anither account by my house because when Walmart is closed so is my bank. No teller machines on outside of building so I had to pay over $7 each time I used another bank's machine to get cash. Not happy with this at all.

  I love banking with woodforest! The tellers at this location are very friendly and helpful! They always greet you with a warm smile and are ready to help you with your banking needs. I highly recommend this bank😊

  They're customer service is always good, very friendly staff. If you go in there every week they always remember & asknhow you're doing. I've tried calling & never answered the phones. It's not just this WFNB though, it's ALL of them. So that's why I didn't give them 5 stars.

  Got here at 5:30 the 2 employees went in the back and didn't see again till 5:50 they loaded the atm then waited on the only 2 customers piss pore customer service
