      The worst experience ever. Bad customer service. They refused to deposit a check of my son's . Told me it was against policy and couldn't show me in black and white. Assistant manager rolled her eyes at my. Twice!! Two thumbs down for Brian Adolf and Alisha Rittenour. Wow!!! Do yourself a favor and find a real bank.

      There is only ever one teller that seems to know what she is doing. They act like they have no idea what you're talking about when you have questions and the CHARGE your for ridiculous things (i.e. not having $200 in savings at the end of the month, my bad life happens! ) I'm switching this week because this company is horrible!

      Hands down worst bank that you could possibly choose. Terrible customer service, both in the store and through their customer service hotline. On more than one occasion I have not been able to use my card due to employee negligence or technical problems.
