  The service is always excellent. A bit more transparency with regard to pricing is appreciated when recommending additional services. Specifically, this new discount changes other pricing/discounts.

  Scheduled oil change, tire rotation and new batteries for key fobs. During the inspection of vehicle mechanic found a rattle on underside and fixed it at this time. The service advisor Jose is good on letting you know their findings and getting you back on the road.

  Brough my Nissan in for oil change and tire rotation. I noted some weird noise after a day. The situation gets worst everyday, and by the end of the week, the front tire is rocking so bad that I can't even go beyond 20 mph. I brought it to the closes local auto shop, and the mechanic showed me two nuts out of four in my front wheel already missing! The tire would have fallen out any minute if I continue to drive it. It would have been catastrophic! I can't trust this dealer anymore.

  Poor customer service, don’t treat customers with respect. Went for servicing reached 1hr 45 mins before closing. After waiting for 10 mins, someone comes out and rudely says we are not taking cars anymore not ready to listen simply yelling as if it was a mistake coming in there.

  Takes for ever for just a scheduled appointment for a oil change

We inspect your vehicle, replace fluids, check and adjust tire pressure, check for recalls, wash your car, and a bunch of other little things that make a difference.
