  As first time home buyers, my husband and I were intimated and stressed about the mortgage process. The minute we reached out to Shane, all of those feelings went away! Shane quickly got in touch with us and walked us through the entire process. He answered any questions we had with a gracious, teaching heart. (and we had a lot of questions!)   Shane helped my son get his first home by taking him through the process from pre-approval to closing. Shane was so helpful and has the utmost integrity. There was a problem that came up and Shane took responsibility for it even when I said I understood and would cover it. He said that he would take care of the mistake and he did! You rarely see that kind of honesty. I would highly recommend Shane and Wonder State Mortgage! Great people to work with!!!

  I have never had a smoother experience with something that has the potential to be so exhausting. The forms were easy to access on my computer; they were also easy to fill out. The few [very few] phone calls I had to field were short and hosted by true professionals. Shane guided us through a couple of decisions we made regarding selection of the best interest rate for our situation. His confidence and concern translated into a similar confidence on our part and absolutely no concern about whether or not he had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend him! 5 stars for his professionalism and personal touch.

  Shane deLIVERS. He does what he says he’s going to do and beyond. He’s communicative, available, and always makes you feel like you’re THE most important client he has. 19 days between my first phone call to him and closing. He even sent us to lunch on him after closing. We will only ever use Shane with Wonder Mortgage in the future.
